Brock Built moves to construct 40 new townhomes in the Northwest Atlanta neighborhood.
The Atlanta-based homebuilder's latest development is headed to construction and filed building permits for 40 Townhomes in Monroe Heights.
The project, titled The Park at Monroe, is located in the Monroe Heights neighborhood ranging up to 3 bedrooms and priced from $292,000 to $297,000, and includes a garage.
The townhomes will be built around along a new entry road, Monroe Heights, in buildings with two to five units each.
The community will also include a small dog park and a retention basin.
